U can and everyone r contacting them through call

Use below details
Call to +1 613-944-4000 (global affairs Canada ) choose the language( 1)
Then make selection 1 and 1
Then you will be connected immigration contact center
Then choose 3-4-0 to speak with an agent

Note- don't call if ur waiting time is within threshold processing time.... Only if u had waited way too long then u can call or else it will be negative impact on ur file.

Applied 25th july on paper from vfs dhaka bangladesh
Medical update and biometric correspondence letter on 8th August
14th August bangladesh

SDS online Bangalore | Biometric Completed — 30th July | Medical - passed 11th August

College - Herzing College, Montreal (Class starts on 7th September)
IELTS - 7 bands (no less than 6.0)

When can I expect Final decision guys?

I tried to call and waited for 1

I had to wait 30 minutes and they picked up a call and informed me that they have received my webform and since my processing time has exceeded beyond the threshold time they have put a note on my file and forwarded it to concerned office to take action and also they sent reply to my webform
