Dude I think if you've received PPR that means the visa is accepted. I got rejected and I never received PPR.

PPR means Visa approved.

Timeline:
SDS, Mumbai
Application Date: 16th July
Biometric Date: 22nd July
Upfront Medical: August 13, 2019 You passed the medical exam.
Received PPR: August 13, 2019

Got 5 mails in total on gckey: Confirmation of online application, submission confirmation, biometric collection, correspondence, original passport request.

Submitted docs: GIC Scotibank, 1st year fees

Do we need appointment for submitting passport?

SDS is processed in Canada and non-SDS in India. Not sure if non-SDS permits are updated at night or if it is just the SDS permits that get them during the Canadian hours.
