It could be, yes. The biometric confirmation letter comes anywhere from seconds to a week before your final decision. If you haven't had the medical request yet, then it is likely a refusal. I hope I am wrong.

I called on the number you provided..the guy said it is awaiting review...my classes start september 5th..dont know what i am going to do...i applied on june 25th..got letter to give biometrics on june 27th..gave bio on 2nd july, delhi vfs..16th july medical updated ...17th july ghost update..22nd july portal shows biometrics complete july 2...after that no updates..

Same here bruh... Agent told under review.... I am also frustrated... If it's exceeds beyond limit we need to deffer to next intake... We can do nothing much except waiting... This is really frustrating and causes hassle to us

Oops sorry Sister... I thought ur file is in Canada.... Yes Delhi immigration center don't answer on calls... It's been a very long time for both us and it's really frustrating and unbearable... I hope we will get visa soon
