My overall ielts score is 6.5 bands but in one section I have 5.5 bands and my institute does not require a higher ielts score and they are ok with my ielts score and I have also mentioned this in this SOP that they don’t require ielts mark but they still rejected my application

Thanks for sharing, according to VOs reason for rejection
Firstly, He is not satisfied u will after your studies, well...., you have to write strong SOP, you must also convinced the VOs that you must return to ur home country after your study
Secondly ,was issue of your tofel or ietl, I don't know your score, but I think, your score didn't convince the officer, that your are not qualifiy to study up there

Like you said I rewrote the sop stating about my returning plan after the completion of my studies and the issue about the ielts score is that I have 6.5 bands overall (L-6.5,R-7.0,W-6.0,S-5.5) although my institute doesn’t require ielts as it pilot training course and I have already mentioned this in my sop that my institute doesn’t requires ielts and they are ok with the score. But after all I got rejected

I have requested for the caips note also but the problem was IRCC didn’t released my last caips note which I applied on 14th june and I am still waiting for my caips of the first refusal letter
