Has anyone who has not received the biometrics correspondence letter has called ircc and got a response that their visa is approved????

I called them today and its closed. They are open from mon to fri . so i will call them on mon ET

I have applied on 9th July, received correspondence letter regarding biometrics twice.
I have called Immigration in Canada, they have confirmed that my application was approved on 30th July, but i still didn't receive passport request letter.
Any suggestions about what to do?

I called them today and its closed. They are open from mon to fri . so i will call them on mon ET

I will also call them on Monday... It's been 2 months more and no point in waiting more

U need to properly read all the comments posted prior commenting this sentence. They don't entertain yes I understand but they will definitely answer u and assist u if u r waitiny way too long... U cant just blindly wait for several months missing ur several intakes being helpless.. If things r not working u gotta take it into ur hands and reach out to them or else how will they know... There's some sort of technical glitch

Please throw some light on the details (phone number, extensions etc) so that everyone could be benefited.

Call to +1 613-944-4000 (global affairs Canada ) choose the language( 1)
Then make selection 1 and 1
Then you will be connected immigration contact center
Then choose 3-4-0 to speak with an agent
