I applied for SDS visa on 13 July and biometrics on 17th July.
When can I expect a decision?

By that if you mean a GIC account from ICICI Bank ? ICICI has a complicated process which will take about a week, but you don't need to go to ICICI Bank branch to activate it. See this guide for details.

I guess no one is there to help you
I asked several times that i got refusal on 2 August
So can i reapply in 1-2 days as my classes will start on 3 September
But i guess there is no one to answer

Don't apply in hurry. Prepare Strong SOP first and apply on next intake.

It's should be in both. Someone please correct me. Offline applicants,however,receive updates only in their email accounts

How did u upload those documents?

They have the sent copy of the form via request letter to my portal. Subsequently a tab was available to upload them on my application. Current status is " Your forms are successfully uploaded".

Hi James,

I applied for online non SDS study visa on 14th June.
Biometrics competed - 20th June
medical cleared on portal - 17th July.

After that no response. My friends who have applied with me have received their Visas.
I have to join University on 12th August. What should I do? Please help!
I have filled webform twice but DelhiImmigration does not respond, just an auto reply mail saying that we will contact you if we need something.

What should I do? Please help.
