Not satisfied that applicant is a bona fide intending student.

sorry man it hurts I know. Faced same situation. Just believe in god man and work hard on your profile. I'll give you some advice. Firstly, upgrade you Ielts score. Don't apply again in non-sds. change province if possible like apply in sasktchewan , manitoba , etc. if you apply caips than they will give ielts reason I know. still apply caips and answer that caips reason in sop with the upgrade of ielts score. Lastly, good luck and never give up. Remember if you really want study in Canada than you have to work hard.

I gave my biometrics on 10th July, Medical status updated on 19th July. Can someone tell me when can I expect my visa?
I applied for SDS college, paid my tuition fee, including GIC..... Is there any chance of rejection also?
