I am sorry I forgot to mention, my application is under Non-SDS, how long do you reckon these applications are taking?

In India, it is currently taking 4 weeks, it could be more or less.

I got the Original passport request today (25.07.19) at 9:01 PM IST

Before you ask for timeline

Visa Application - 4th July
Biometric Submission - 8th July
Biometric Completed & Medical passed - 23rd July
Original Passport Request - 25th July

I got the original passport request at almost the same time I got the medical passed. It may be a coincidence, but it could be something to look out for.

I applied in University category non sds offline on 21st june and could not link to gckey and today got visa.. my agent forwarded the approval mail.

Biometrics completed is just an update

Biometrics correspondence letter is an official mail directly sent to u and after u receive it u r most likely to get ppr within a day or two or even after some minutes or hours
I think biometrics correspondence letter means decision is already made in ur case

But i recieved it on 11 june with medical updated after that no respond some are there who got the correspindance lettr but not get the decision yet mostly they got but i dnt no why its tooo late now
