Biometric instruction letter got on 21ts July

i got my study visa and i am coming to canada in august.i got only 1 year program and 15 months of study visa,can i change my college and program which have 2 years duration(4 sems) and extend my study visa according to 2 years program.if yes, tell me the process

Mine was updated last week on 17th July : we are reviewing whether you meet the requirements. I applied on 11 July.

Hi there. Please someone help me with this.
After providing my biometrics on 5 Jun, yesterday my biometrics status has changed to: completed 5th June.
However, I did not receive any correspondance letter about it.
I don't need medic exam and the status bar sasy they are checking my eligbility since yesterday.
Does it mean my biometric passed?
When should I expect my visa decesion?
