Anyone, who applied in August for September intake nd still waiting ?

Am among, I don't know if they will consider us, because we applied late, I applied on 16th of August

Guys, I got correspondence letter yesterday followed by a rejection letter today. I think these VO are not only illogical in their selection criteria but also profitseekers. It was the second time I applied. They listed up to five reasons qs justification for refusal. I explained all as much as I can and provided any document I could for evidence. Again, another five reasons of refusal with three coming from previous ones. I got full Scholarship from my professor. Again they ask my finance, though I also added all my family and personal assets as a proof. I also have employment offer. Again, they said:
Your pupose of stay.
Current employment status.
Limited employment opportunities in my country.
Financial asset.
What the hell is this!
I explained bit by bit in the second application all of these each with evidence. Also, what I can do for my whole country's limited employment opportunities.
It is super crazy

Biometrics on 17th July.
Medical got updated on 24th July.
Nothing yet. Have been trying to call IRCC but I guess they have a lot of call load today so I didn’t get through.
Classes starting on 5th and I’ve an extension till 19th.

I just filled out a web form regarding application. BTW we cant do anything apart from sending the web form. Now the frequency of visa approval is going well, many of them has got it. Hope we all could even reach Canada in September.

Hello,
I applied for student visa on july23 and completed biometrics on july30. Today is September 3. Still I haven't received visa confirmation !.. what should I do ?
My class is starting on September 16.
Not even the letter of introduction is received ?
Will there be any problem in the immigration and if I arrive in Canada after my course start date.

Wait for a while.... If you still dont get it then request for an extention

Hi there, no its not like that, it doesn't mean rejection, we had a guy in this forum with the same case, he too got correspondence before medical and the day after that he also got the approval, correspondence means you're 90% application is done and just the decision is pending, sometimes CIC portal doesn't even update the checkpoints, I've seen one of the applicant who got approval on 7 days and still his eligibility was under reviewing. So lets get positive and hope for positive decision. Good Luck.

Hello everyone...I am glad to share with you guys that I finally received passport request on august 30th. Submitted passport for stamping yesterday at vfs delhi.

My timeline is as follows:

25th june : Applied online ( SDS category )
27th june : Got letter for biometric enrolment
2nd july : Gave biometrics ( They got updated the same day )
16th july : Medical updated
17th july : Ghost update 1
22nd july : Biometric tab got updated as " July 2, Biometrics completed"
Then until 21st august no updates were there. In between i sent 4 webforms, got response only once on 21st august. The message said that they have looked into my query and they have notified concerned office. And on 21st itself, my eligibility review started.
27th august : Ghost update 2
30th august : Around 7:30 pm received correspondence letter..then after a few seconds received original passport request.

My file was processed in CPC Edmonton

Those who are waiting, please don't loose hope. I will pray for all of you. This wait was agonising, but in the end it was fruitful.

I reapplied on 29 july in sds and still there is no any update what I can do ??? when I expect my decision because my college gave me extension until thirteen september How much time I wait???

Which university? Which course? I have extension till 13th too
