Same here. My husband gave his biometrics on May 16 and it finally changed to "completed" today. His background check and both of our eligibility has been in process for 7 weeks. Never thought it would take this long...

I think they are processing May applications now. I completed biometrics on 31st may and it got updated today

Hey guys, here's a timeline of my application

Applied on July 11th with upfront medicals
July 11th - submission confirmation
July 17th - You passed the medical exam
On July 17th, I got this update as well - Review of eligibility :We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements
This update came sometime between July 17th and July 23rd - Background check : We are processing your background check

How long should i wait for before i get the final decision ?

as the canadian website said for kenya, it will take 3 weeks from the date of submission. So wait until 1st AUG

The guy who had given Biometric on 11 July got his medical updated on 19 July.
So, wait for 3 to 4 days for update.

Hi, I did it on May 9th, and completed on May 20th with biometrics, the only change in my application was yesterday, at the Biometrics heading, it changed to "completed". What about you?

Biometrics it shows... No need fingerprints bla bla bla and as we scroll down to extreme end of page it shows biometrics enrolled date and expiry date
