Have any one gotten there visa for September intake or still waiting ??

I got my visa today...applied on 15th june...biometrics on 17th june....29th june received mail demanding passport

Under SDS kita bro through agent (iccrc member)

J tu meri slaah leni aa ta kal savere utth ke pehla agent kolo oh passport submission vaali vfs receipt mang la please. That slip is your only way out to find where is your passport. If agent is honest he or she will give you that. Please get that and be tension free. Rather than asking here on forums, be a man, be a punjabi and ask whats right. Ask for passport receipt.

Applying through agent does not effect your chances in any way. Visa officer does not know who submitted your application form unless or untill they submit representative form even that form is for informational purposes. It does not affect visa officer's decision on in any way. They are allowing a stranger to their country, they have to be non biased in assessing applications. You should only go to agents to get information thats it. Rest you should apply your self. Your visa fees is $150 + $85 ( biometrics) total $235. You should no pay more than that to anyone. These agents are just going to upload your docs nothing more nothing less.

when did your eligibility review start?

For sds application, once your biometrics number gets updated on gckey, the next steps like eligibility review, medical updated and decision on your application will be made on same day. So don't nt worry chill. Now a days it is taking around 12 days from your biometrics update day.

Thanks for the clarification,was a bit worried because I was not seeing an update after biometrics.

Absolutely, thats why i didn't go to any agent and did all the process by myself and got the visa.

No bro it’s not a mendatory !! Income Tax Return ( ITR ) is enough if you applying under SDS but if you want to submit CA report or Bank Statement thn you can !
