Oh, really? If I knew this before, I too would have gone with paper method. Did you have to go again for biometrics? Or did you enroll on the same day?

I'm really not sure about that. I applied online, I got to know later about this and I have just heard, might not be same for everyone.

No you cannot. You should login from same account to check the status.

Hi everyone! First of all thanks for sharing your application updates in here. It's a great help for us who's trying to apply.
I would like to get some recommendations about my application. I am still in the process of getting accepted at my preferred school. Given the processing time for study permit, do you think I'll still make it for Fall term or should I just apply for the following term? Thanks in advance for those who will answer.

First of all, email your preferred school and ask try to ask for status.

Processing time for study permit differs from country to country so check for that. And if your school comes under SDS category then there's a chance you can make it to this Fall term, but no one can tell you for sure since Visa ofice timeline differs hugely for each individual and there's no specific reason for that.

I applied under SDS online. My application review hasn't started yet. I was checking GC key and selected view submitted documents and found that there is no any document in optional section. But I clearly remember that my agent uploaded SOP. Should I contact her and tell about it or is there nothing to worry about? Or is it that we can't see optional documents once application is submitted.

I also could not see and when I confirmed with my agent, she showed me the docuement checklist that she uploaded.

My university has yet not finalized my tuition fee, they only asked for a deposit of 500 CAD which I did.

Though my University falls under this category but not paying tuition means I have not applied under SDS, is that so?
