Hi
I am planning to apply for Student visa at Canada. Can someone help with a query. What happens with the college fees if the student visa gets rejected. I mean the fees is generally refundable? If yes, is it 100% or with some deductions.

You will need to ask the college involved given colleges can have different guidelines for when a study permit application is refused , possibly a deduction for administration costs for example.
Check out the college websites and refund conditions should be clearly stated.
