My sister is 25-year-old. our finance condition is not good. She studied in LLB, right now pursuing LLM. She wants to study in Business in Canada. I need opinion regarding college, province and PR. it’s difficult to get student loan for us. we will arrange 1-year fees and expenses.so I am also looking for job opportunities during study for financial support. I have few questions.
1. which university in good and affordable?
2.which province is best for student and then to get PR?
3.Dimploma or masters?
4.university or community college?
5.Go to under develop province and get PR or study in Develop province and get PR?
I really need help. I am confused and worried about my sister. I am expecting good and right guidance from this forum.
Thank you in advance!

Do you have status in Canada? If you don’t have strong finances it will be difficult to be approvedvand I’m not sure how she will show that she has the finances to support herself and pay tuition in Canada. A 2+ year degree is recommended if she wants to secure PR because for CEC she needs a year of employment in NOC 0, A or B. To get accepted for a study permit you must show the your choice of degree makes sense given your previous education and work history and that the degree would lead to career advancement. With a masters degree and studying law it may be very difficult to explain why it is necessary for your sister to study business and how a degree in Canada will help her pursue her profession in her home country. Given a masters in law I assume she would like to practice law. If she doesn’t want to practice law I assume she would want to enter a profession with similar professional appeal. That would mean an MBA. A college degree in management would really be a step backwards. Has she considered working as a lawyer for a few years in your home country and attempting to immigrate via economic pathways especially if money is an issue.
