I am taking a medical program, I am only enrolled under Bachelor of Arts because there are some courses in Canada that is required for me to take since curriculum is different. So, for the first year I will be taking these courses that I lack and then transfer these credits the following year to my Biology program. In the Philippines, you can earn much higher if your credentials are good enough — that is why having a license or a degree outside my home country is better. Aside from that, there are very limited schools/universities that offer the program i want to specialize in.

So you have admission to a medical school? If not that is not relevant you have admission to a Bachelor of Arts program, not medical school. Also MRU doesn’t have a medical school in Canada but is partnered with a Caribbean school. So that may be an issue as an international student. Hopefully you get approved. Good luck.
