Program applied - Computer programming(CMPG), Georgian college barrie
Level is ontario college diploma i suppose.
My parents paid for this. I applied through an agent, and he said i can go through the SDS application where i dont need to show bank statements assets etc.I am going to show liquid funds and property in my next application. I have paid my GIC fully, and tuition fees as well.
Home country is India.
It appears your rejection is justified. You already have 2 diplomas and yet you are applying again for another ordinary diploma (and with someone else's money too). Where is the progression? At the very least, you should apply for a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT or a Post-Graduate Diploma.
You didn't answer regarding your employment history and experience in the field you are intending to pursue so can't comment on how that factors in.
Edit: I see you've already mentioned you are 25. That's not really young anymore. It makes it harder for you to be approved with a lower level program and being fully reliant on your parent still.

Right. So my best option here is to get a bachelor's degree, and reapply

Yeah I agree with going for a degree rather than a diploma. The problem with diplomas, later on , you would still go back to school in order to get a full degree. Was there any other refusal reason except for not seeing career progression ? would it be possible to see the letter of explanation you sent, you can remove personal information if you want.
