You CAN do that. You just don't want to. Two different things.

If you don't want to complete further studies in your home country or country where you are living now, then you might want to pursue a study permit in a different country other than Canada.

As said before, your profile is very weak.

- Very low grades
- Two siblings already in Canada
- Low ties to home country / where you are living now
- Weak choice of schools / programs in Canada

You can't change #2. You can fix #1 by completing additional studies somewhere other than Canada and achieving higher grades. Once you fix #1, you can then fix #4 and have the opportunity to be accepted into better schools and better programs.

You can certainly try to explain your low grades in an LOE but I'm not sure that's going to influence the outcome in any way.

I made a mistake of writing computer science in my SOP instead of a arts degree if I write bachelor arts degree which I also have admission in which is 2 years in SOP which doesn't require good grades can I get it then?

Purpose of visit is IRCC's generic way of saying they don't believe you are a genuine student. The issue is likely a combination of your grades, the fact you have 2 siblings in Canada (very strong ties to Canada), the fact you have weak ties to your home country, and your choice of schools / programs.

Hi, could you give me some advice please because my background is also complex.

I studied at a university in Canada 4 years ago majoring in Electrical Engineering .

However, after a few months study, I found I wasn't interested in EE so I applied for a leave of absence and went back home immediately. Since I had got a bachelor degree in my home country before I went to Canada, I successfully found a job working as a software developer.

Now, I want to go back to Canada, but my study permit expired 2 years ago, I have to reapply it and I get an offer from SAIT.

I'm worried about how to explain the experience to VO, could you give me some advice? Should I tell the truth? Will that experience have a bad impact on me? Thanks so much.
