Student Visa Rejected Twice

My student visa got rejected the 2nd time as they were not satisfied I will leave Canada after my studies due to:
> Purpose of my visit
> Current employment situation
> Immigration status

Did anyone get these reasons because i am not sure what does 'immigration status' mean?
Is it worth applying for the 3rd time?
Also, should i request for GCMS notes before applying again?

I am running out of time as I have applied for Jan 2021 intake.
