Student visa got rejected under SPP!!

Hi,

I have applied for the wireless and telecommunication course in Humber college, Toronto. I have done BE in Electrical and my visa was rejected for the reasons like irrelevant course, low establishment and insufficient asset.

I am worried that I can apply for the same under SPP with needed corrections and same course.

What is the effect of first time rejection on the next intake application?
How much time do I wait for further process?

Need help ASAP.

chose a relevant course
attach property evaluation
and show more funds

So sorry to hear to hear about ur rejection man. but mine got rejected for the same reason last week and i reapplied today morning. Try showing all your funds, property etc. prepare an explanation statement justifying why you want to study this course and keep it instead of ur sop this time. I know a person who got the visa the second time after doing this.

brother if you are b.e. in electrical then its surely course mismatch
had you done b.e. electronics then it would have been fine....

better choose some course which is more relevant to your previous studies... make a strong SOP, study plan....

When you applied for 2nd time, did you do it under SPP or general category? Did you give any explanation why you are applying again?

1. Now, you can't apply under SPP ever again, General is the only option. Yes, previous refusal will have a big impact on your subsequent application.
