I have a few queries related to the Student Visa- Evidence of Fund.
1. Suppose the tuition fee for a 2 year program is CAD 60000 and it's totally self-funded. Do I have to show (60000+10000+10000)= CAD 80,000 while applying for a student visa?
2. Is there a problem if I use multiple sources of fund? For instance, from mother, sister, grandparents etc.
1. First year tuition + $10K + $2-3K for travel expenses.
2. You should try to avoid using multiple sources of funds if at all possible. Ideally limit it to your own bank account and the bank account of one other person.

Hi.. isn't it required at all to show the funds for entire duration of studies?? Moreover my father made a surprise transaction of 2500 cad into my account this week upon receiving my official acceptance letter from University. As I've won a funded position in university he just made it as I kept my admission news as surprise. Now I have to apply for visa by next week so how should I justify this transaction into my account? My account is a current account and is topped up every month with salary. However I've one statement of fixed deposit around 6500 cad. My own account contains 6000 cad and university funding covers my tuition fee+living expenses 10000..
Pl help me by suggesting that how should I justify this surprise transaction.
