1.Please suggest me whether should I submit original IELTS TRF or notary certified copy is enough

2. My Fund showing for University is CAD 31500(20000+10000+1500)

My father as sponsor is funding CAD28000
I have saving of CAD7000
Total Funds CAD 35000
Should I invest in a student GIC and show my funds to be CAD 2500 for my application to be strong.
Can I show(CAD41000 as funds)

3.Can I show Fixed deposit for fund declaration
4.Is it necessary to pay 1st sem University fees for applying Visa
