Hi.. my name is Ravi Patel. I m from India. My student visa has been granted on 13th November but due to family medical emergency I could not go to canada. Now I want to cancel my student visa to get my GIC and collage fees refund. Please some one help me to give me information about student visa cancellation. I have filled gic refund form and they asked me student cancellation letter from canada immigrantion. How could I get that letter. Please some one give me full information about cancellation.
