I got my visa an year back. But due to personal reasons and health issues, I am forced to withdraw my studies. So inorder to process the refund of the tuition fee, university is asking for the visa cancellation letter. Can anyone please tell me what is the procedure for cancelling the visa ? I am in India and did not travel to canada.
