Student Permit CIC application status not changing

Hi, everyone! I'm from Nigeria, and I applied for student permit on the 6th of April. I've done my medical, biometric, and other important confirmation. Up to date, my CIC status still says "not started yet" in all of them. It's been two months, and I'm starting to get worried. Anyone else ever went through this, be it from an African country or other.
