Student from india applied for visa on first week of November for jan 20 intake

Well, i can understand i have even resigned from my job because of the visa nd i am expecting reply on monday.

And I am Wondering whether I should resign or not, looking at the current scenario... it’s a catch 22 situation completely , if I don’t resign, and I get the visa, then I will have to serve the notice period, which extends beyond my report date at the university and if I resign and don’t get the visa, then I will be soup, considering indian job market scenario... don’t know what to do. Phew

You can buy out the short fall of your notice period. I don’t think there should be any problem with that at all.

I gave my biometrics on 2nd December and it was updated the same day. I gave upfront medical and submitted it with my documents. Medical still says “you do not need a medical exam”. But i’ve read it takes some time to update. And this is my first time.

my medicals were updated yesterday but no other update after that. but in your case both medical and ppr on same day. Is it a medical request or medicals passed notification?

My eligibility review started couple of days back. I checked again today, it states that we will start your eligibility. Has it Happened to any one of you ?
