I haven't included SOP in my documents I thought it is not required in SDS now I am worried

You didn't hire a consultant for your case? Although I've seen people getting VISA without SOP but having an SOP does increase your chance. But same thing, what's done is done. Hope for the best

I understand you guys were running out of time so rushed with your SOPs but it wouldn't have taken much time to get second opinion from someone or run it through this forum. But know that what's done is done, I have seen people without SOPs or with poorly written SOPs getting through with VISA easily so keep your hopes high. Also know that taking stress will only make the time feel longer than normal.

Did you apply online via SDS? If yes then you're way out of your processing time. If you have applied through an agent talk to your agent about submitting your webform.

I applied through SDS online, i have the gc key, but portal shows eligibility in review, background check in progress, final decision is pending. I don’t know what could be the reason?

No specific reason. I suggest you contact IRCC online using their web-form. They will reply in 2-5 days. That's your only option right now.
