Student Bring Minor Child To Canada

Hi All,

I applied and got study visa first, then my 2 Kids (8 & 11 years old) and husband applied and got TRV (visa visitor) later. As per plan, I will go to Canada by end of Aug'15 and the rest my family will visit me in Jan'16 but I changed plan I will go with my 2 Kids to Canada by end of Aug'15 and my 2 Kids will stay at Canada with me and will study at primary school. My husband is still stay at my home country and will visit us later when he is free.

Have you seen I & my 2Kids will get any problem at port of entry? (I am student visa and they visitor visa)

Make sure you have a permission letter from your husband allowing you to take your children out of your country and bring them with you to Canada.

Thank you for your reply. So, I need prepare the permission letter from my husband and translate to English and notarize, is it correct?
