Minor dependents in Canada

I am an international student in Canada. I live with my 2 kids aged 10 and 7. They go to public school here in Ontario.
I want to apply for their study permit from within Canada. They have a valid Visitor visa.
Can some one guide me on that?

1. If you have a valid study permit, then your minor children don't require a study permit to attend school. They just require a valid visitor permit.
