Hey any one is there I received second acknowledgement letter today I have bite of concern about my visa can any one suggest me some thing about this

I applied for my student permit online, non-SDS on June 20th. On July 24th, both my medical and biometrics were passed and completed (reflect on my online application). I received TWO student acknowledgement letters only, and none after that. Does anyone know why they would stop sending acknowledgement letters? Is this a good or a bad sign?

I applied for my student visa through agent, non-SDS on July 31st 2019 for Sept 2019 session.
Did my Bio on Aug 3rd, medical on 27th July. I received student acknowledgement letter on 14th aug,
and none after that. It's been 21 days today. My classes will start on 3rd Sept 2019.
Can anyone help ?

Applied feb 3rd,
biometric 7th completed,
student acknowledgement letter 18th,
waiting for the decision....
