applied on June 12th application but I received acknowledgement on July 10th so some ppl get an some don't it's just states v have received ur application and v r processing it and did u medicals get updated? Onkin or offin?

How much time does it take for the review of application to start after the medical is cleared ???? Any idea anybody ????

This is usually not fixed. For me review started and medical get updated on the same day (26th day after application).

Hi, I also applied for my study visa under the generic category online on 20th June. I got student acknowledgment letter on 4th July. I have received no other update yet, not even medical status changed. They are taking so much time.

Have you recieved anything afterwards? i have also applied on 20th june.

It has been 18 days since I have applied for visa. I have not received any acknowledgement letter till now.I have seen in most cases students receive automated acknowledgement letter in 14 days. Why is that so ?

I applied on 12th June, have gotten 2 emails, one about the Student Direct Stream and one with the Student Acknowledgement Letter. My status is "Submitted" since June 13th. There has been no change. It's been a long time. I sent in upfront medicals. Applied from VFS Delhi (offline).
Any idea when I should be hearing from them? When will my medicals get updated.
I'm getting really anxious about the whole thing.
