Similar fate, originally applied Aug. 2022 by mail.
Docs uploaded to portal Oct. 2022
Originally applied for Inland spousal sponsorship, PR card for spouse, and work permit for spouse. Only the latter has been taken care of
Docs now reside in Windsor, ON office (3rd IRCC office involved in this process).
No communication whatsoever from March 2023-until end of Nov. 2023 when they asked for 5 more docs to be filled out and sent. Brutal.
Nothing more I can do from my end; considered getting GMCS notes but worried this may delay our application even more.
Even got my local MLA involved, apparently our application is categorized as "non-routine" whatever that means; I do know it means no official processing timeline. lol

I have done so much from my end but nothing is happing, cbsa notes, csis notes and they said we submitted reports to CBSA last year Oct. 2023, until then no response back form IRCC. MP did three inquires nothing is happing. Applied visitor visa almost 3 and half months no response. Now I have no idea what else to do
