Still Waiting...What can i expect next?

Hero members, just wanted to know what will be next and when will it happen?
Done my final submission in last week of november 2008. I should hear something by now but dont know whats happening.
My ECAS status has also not chnaged, it still shows 'In Process'.

Are there any change of rules that has slowed down the process or what could be the reason? Getting a little worried now.

I also applied in same time through buffalo office in oct 2008 ..did not heard anything till now...online shows in process..
