Eligibility and BG check is not completed. Normal times are 9 weeks. And normal to IRCC means that ”most” are completed. So for you this would be after Feb 19. I don’t count SDS as expedited because SDS processing has not been in place since before Covid.

I got PPR last week (Canada PR). I’m currently in Nigeria and would like to send my passport directly to VFS Nairobi as I’ve been told it’s faster.
I wonder if there’s any Nigerian here that might sent theirs to Kenya.
Did you pay your transmission fee in Naira or Kenya Shillings?
What other documents did you include?

When did you apply? Did you apply as a single? Do you need a medical? Processing is at least 9-10 weeks. Depending where you live, you can wait months. Ask further questions under International Students.

I have done my re-medical on 23 November, 2024 on spouse visa and want to know after medical how much time IRCC is taking for either passport request or any update on file ? As of now many problems are going on in canada so whether spouse visa has affected or not ?

I did my biometric on the 29 December my program is starting by May uptill now I have not heard from IRCC.
