Still not received gic certificate

hii i send wire tranfer on 13 june and send swift copy on thursaday to scotia bank today i called them regarding gic certificate operator said he is not seeing any amount in the account when can i get by gic certificate.Plz help thanks in advance

Your money is stuck in between your home bank and scotia bank you have to wait. No option. Which bank did you transfer from in home country? I hope all your details match with passport and you’ve sent more than 10200$.
