Still no medical received in ECAS? Panel of Physician still did not send?

My partner did her medical examination at Nationwide Health Systems in Cebu, Philippines. on June 07th. They already confirmed that my partner's medical is normal, blood and physical are normal. We called IRCC two days ago and they don't have any records of the medical being received. It's E-Medical so it should be received instantly? I got a message also once the panel of physician DR approves it, it will be sent to Manila embassy, but wait our application is still in Mississauga, do you think there is a screw up somewhere? I've seen most people have received it in 5-10 days.... It's been 14 days now and still we don't see anything in Ecas.

NHS are very fast to collect the 11,500 but very slow in giving customer service, and forget about calling them, they never answer calls and I doubt they read most emails they receive.

I finally got my tracking sheet from the physician, however I'm a little confused about something. On the tracking sheet it says DATE OF ISSUE: 03rd of May, 2019 - my partner had her medical examination on June 07th, 2019... It does not make sense that it was issued 1 month before her medical? Is there a mistake or the tracking sheet is correct?
