Hi Everyone.
My husband and I had our PR confirmation interview on Jan 8 and received our COPR documents. The agent told us the PR cards would take a month to arrive. I just linked our PR card applications to our online applications in CIC. My husband's status shows as "Submitted" and mine as "Pending Registration" - does anyone know what that means?
Also, when I open our applications, both of our statuses at the bottom of the application says " We mailed your permanent resident card to you.Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive." and the status was updated on Jan 10.
Does this mean our cards have shipped already? I thought we have to wait for the status to change to "Approved" before it ships.

Check again, your status should change shortly. I went through the exact same situation with my husband. We did our landing interview on Dec 15th and last week we received our PR cards even if the application still shows as "Submitted". So don't worry, you should receive them soon.

Thanks so much for your response Yes you are right, my status has now changed and is also showing as "submitted", similar to my husband's. I guess it's back to the waiting game to see when the cards will arrive.

I need one urgent help.
I had sent one query to IRCC about PR card status. we had sent photos on Jan 7th to IRCC on request for new photos to resend for processing PR card. it's been a month. so I sent a query through web form. but they replied our documents are not yet available in system and they are reviewing the documents they have got before Jan 14th. but I feel mine also should have gone by that time. how to proceed now. what can be done
How much time does it take to reach IRCC through general post from Etobicoke, Toronto Canada?
I have my family name empty in passport and so what option I can select to link my account. If i select application number and UCI, How to know the application number of my PR card application.
I landed on feb 16 but when i linked my PR card Application it says submitted. Current processing time is 13 days not sure why mine is not approved yet

Just wondering, did you guys had to fill a separate application for the permanent resident card during the soft landing process? The CBSA agent that worked with me did not ask me to fill any application but just took my address to mail the card. Am I missing something here?
