He can get POE when he arrives,or he check his online account

That’s what I said. His online account doesn’t have this approval letter even after 1 month of approval. And did you land without POE and got at first landing airport ?

Some people get it at the port of entry,he should as well call the embassy for more advise

I have seen people post it here severally,the application has been approved,so if you get at the boarder you will be issued POE and also you need to ask some agents,
