Hello, I dropped the ball and did not sent an application to extend my mom's stay in Canada on time. She has now been in the country for over 6 months ( almost 7 ) and I just realized what the date is. What are my options? Can I still just send the application ( it does say it needs to be sent a month before her 6 months expire). If she leaves Canada to go to Cuba will she be allowed to re-enter? She is from Europe and doesn't require a visa, only ETA. SHe has been visiting Canada for over 10 years and never overstayed her visit. I am really worried.

What are the processing times? I can't find it anywhere on the website at all? I am submitting it by Wed, March 27th. If she is refused ( to restore status) will she have issues coming back to Canada for a visit?

There are no posted processing times for Restoration because it is an entirely individual application. It could take a few weeks or 4 months. No one can say.
As said above, it would depend on CBSA when entering.
