Stayed in Canada for 6 years holding Visitor Visa

Hi guys! Can anybody help me regarding on my auntie’s situtation. She’s stay in Canda for 6 years. She never exit, every 6 months she’s just extend extend extend her visa until 6 years. The problem was, she received an email stating that she needs to go back home and reapply again. Could anybody tell me how soon she can reapply again? Can she reapply right away? Thank you in advance.

She should re establish ties to her home country. Stay a year or so. Maybe longer. She would likely be denied if she reapplied immediately.

What exactly did the letter say? Six years worth of extensions seems exceptional to me.
