A question regarding applying for work permit for a second time through common law sponsorship. We applied for common law sponsorship in Apr of 2015, 26 months later we are still waiting, but her work permit is about to expire. My question is, if we apply for an extension on her work permit, do we have to get the IMM 5409 form signed by a commissioner of oath again?
