Status transfer from full time to part time without consent by college

Hi my name is ***** singh. I was enrolled in full time 2 year diploma january intake 2022 in a college in ontario. In my first semester i failed one of the classes(1st semester was online). I came to cananda in may and i asked college to give me my backlog subject so i can clear it and they told me this course is not running in summer and it is pre-requisite for other subjects as well so 2subjects were also removed from 2nd semester and got a mail that they will find replacement course to get my studies on track. So due to this my studies were elongated by 1 year becoming 3 year instead of 2. However whatever the fees my account shows i paid and i was totally worry free. But in next year 2023 i was given full fees to pay again and to solve this issue i went to college where i learned i was a part-time student in my 2nd semester. College did not even told me that i being transferred from full time to Part - time they just changed it without informing me or without my consent. I feel so exploited and overwhelmed with negativity. As i cannot apply for my pgwp and i work 20hrs during my 2nd semester also cause i was not aware that i was part time student. I don’t know what to do anyone here can tell me if i am eligible or what should i do to become eligible for pgwp?
