Did you get any additional document request letter by cic? The request letter shows UCI number.

No, unfortunately I haven't. Only AOR and payment confirmation.

Thanks god, I'm not alone)) have no ECAS access also for around a week or so (started to show the message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"), however MyCIC is OK today.

Started to think that was some issue regarding my application, but looks like it's a system failure. So we only need to wait...

The app is just a webview pretty much. After you login, it displays the ECAS webpage.
So no it doesn't work. I have the same issue with the app.

Had a chat with my friend who works as an immigration consultant. He has confirmed that ECAS appears to be working for people who have applied under the FSW scheme ( erstwhile process involving manual submission of documents) while it has be showing no updates/erroneous updates for people under EE schemes. Going ahead for all EE updates MYCIC would be the website which would be providing the updates. ??? : Hope the CIC people give a clarification on the same ....

Yea that makes sense because having both myCIC and ECAS is redundant.
