OMG.. The same happened in my ECAS account as well. After I got the ECAS access back I can't find the third line "Medical results have been received" anymore. Can anyone suggest what it means?
no luck for me yet.
If everyone's lines are disappeared, I assume.. something went wrong on their database, and they used the backup data which is not up to dated.
If it is the case, hopefully.. they fix it manually.... and nothing affects on our application processing... T.T
Means that you're in the same situation as most of us...I lost mycic access as well yesterday. ECAS has been messed up for a while now. They seem to be sorting it out slowly as some people are getting back into ECAS now but with missing updates. Don't know what could have caused such a huge screw up...but a lot of us have been waiting patiently for DMs and PPR and this is NOT helping the causing at all ???

ECAS works for me now. But instead of 4, I see 2 items: application received and application start of processing.
They removed 3 and 4 which were medicals received and PCC request.
