I am trying upload few documents requested by CIC through Express Entry profile and facing below error.
Today is the last day for submission, could you please let me know if anyone are facing the same issue and if there are any other options for me at this point of time.
I sent a CSE and still waiting for their reply.

Maybe they don't want to fix it. Maybe they removed everyone's access in an effort to shift EE completely to MyCIC. I hope that's not true, but who knows.
I can only imagine how many service requests will be going back and forth from the development and the testing teams! They would be blaming each other!
Such a long downtime would be breaching a lot of SLA s!!!

I believe they're going to discontinue ECAS support. Currently it's only available for paper-based applications. All other applications are done through MyCIC, and honestly it's ridiculous to support 2 different sites with similar purpose.
Hey guys,
I had three lines in my ecas on the 4th of nov .now its not working at all. Should i try and call cic or mail them about the same, or its gonna be a waste contacting them.
I think this problem persisted from the start of this week only. Lets wait until next Tuesday ,they might rectify it.
