Status of eligibility review for work permit rolled back to the initial step

Hi everyone
Last Friday my eligibility started to be reviewed but on Monday rolled back to the initial step and it still remains in the “your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start to review your eligibility.” Anyone has or had the same situation? If you had, did it start to review again or you just get the approval letter?

Thank you for your reply. I hope there will be no problem in the process of reviewing my application. I also thought that maybe it is still under review, but due to the system error, the status of eligibility reviewing has rolled back.

Hi, my eligibility review 3 weeks ago rolled back from “we are reviewing your eligibility” to “we will send you a message when we start to review”. It is still in that status and didn’t start again. Any idea about that?
Also 2 days ago I got an update on the tracker but nothing changed.

May be someone is working on the file
The status flips could be system glitches too
