Has Someones eligibility Rolled back to initial Today for study permit sds??!!

I had a ghost update on my gc key profile when i clicked i saw that eligibility rolled back to initial stage but in my application status tracker it still says in progress. I applied for study permit on 7 dec medical biometrics completed.
Please help me if someone went through something like this!

When you say "initial stage", what do you mean? different from "in progress?"

any update? Yesterday i called ircc they said my review for eligibility is on going also the automated system said this, today when i called them the system said its not started yet, even agent said they can’t see anything for review of eligibility as its blank. I am confused

Mine is cwp. After nomination i applied for cwp and my pgwp workpermit expired. I applied on dec 7
