Hello, I will be 6 months in Canada soon (February 2025). My PR application has been processing for a year now and so far I don't have my e-COPR or COPR document, but I have a COPR number on IRCC tracker and my photo and adress that I have submitted through IRCC PR portal still says in review. Is that the same as a COPR document that gives me status here in Canada or would I have to apply for visitor extension or work permit to have a valid status here? I really thought I'll be receiving my PR card soon and I'm worried id be overstaying :/ help pls

No, it's not the same as e-COPR. You need to get an actual e-COPR to be landed as a PR.

Yes, you need to apply for an extension.
