Received refusal correspondence letter on 18th. Today morning received email saying application status has changes, but no updates in account. What should I do. My course is starting Jan 13th. What does this mean? Should I contact cic office processing my application. I gave COR as India but letter received from Ottawa. Anyone having information please help.

If you received refusal correspondence letter that means ur visa is refused and changing status means i think that it has been updated to refused
I'm just thinking that it would be the case don't get me wrong if I'm wrong abt ur query

Hi,
My online was already updated as refused the same day when I received the correspondence letter for refusal on 18th. New status change message is received today 20th where its already updated as refused online. Thats why i am confused.
