hello i live in sweden , i have a question my family still in syria , i have 3 little sisters 14,17,21 ages and my father and mother a month ago my sisters tried to go from syria to tuskey illegaly and they wore cought by assad police and they are in prisen now , they are so lillte girls and i am very afraid , i dont want them to stay in syria ,, i have triend to appaly a visa from them and it was refused is there is any way they can come to canade and if so how , knowing my family have money and can pay for everything in canda knowing they are palestinan syrian , stateless and it is sp difficult for them to leave syria illegaly now after what happend please help ..

I assume you are asking how they can claim refugee status in Canada. If so - there are really two ways. One is for them to apply for visitor visas, come to Canada and then claim refugee status once they are here. I suspect this option won't be possible since I think it's highly unlikely they will be able to obtain TRVs. The second option would be to move out of Syria (to a different country) and then to be recognized there as refugees by UNHCR - then selected by UNHCR for resettlement in Canada.

Thanks for your reply but Sadly they cannot leave syria because they are palestinian (stateless) they cant go to any country Without a visa so thats why i Asked it is crazy how this world become to ,, they cany go to lebanon unless they have a flight ticket, and a fly ticket needs A visa, they cant go to turkey becuase the thier visa application was refused , or to jordan becasue they are stateless . Sorry - I misunderstood. If they are stateless Palestinians - then they can see if UNHCR will recognize them as refugees while they are in Syria. Note that they cannot chose where they are resettled to (i.e. which country) - this will be chosen for them.

They need to apply for resttlement through UNHCR.
